Explore the descriptions below to learn more about each class.

  • Core-30

Busy schedule? This 30-minute class is perfect for you! It’s not just crunches and planks…this class will target a variety of muscles in the center portion of your body (from your shoulders down to your knees). Each class will incorporate:

    • Breathing exercises that teach you how to engage your core
    • Lower intensity movements meant to help activate the core
    • 10-15 minutes of higher intensity work that is meant to get your heart rate up and challenge those muscle groups
  • Cycle

Our OG cycle class is interval driven; our instructors will guide you through:

    • Heavy intervals that are meant to strengthen
    • Speed intervals that are meant to build cardio endurance.

While the instructor is there as a guide, YOU are in control and empowered to choose your challenges. How much gear you add, how fast you go, that is up to you!

Party lights and upbeat music bring life and energy to the room, making 50-minutes fly by!

    * Participants who are new to cycling are advised to show up 10 minutes before class for bike setup.

  • Cycle Beat

A little spin on our OG cycle class. With all the cardio and strength benefits of our CYCLE classes, this class has the added element of being rhythm based. Pedal to the beat of the music and dance it out on the bike in our new CYCLE BEAT class.

    * Participants who are new to cycling are advised to show up 10 minutes before class for bike setup.

  • HIIT & Tone

This class is the perfect combination of cardio and strength as you will explore:

    • Weighted movements, using dumbbells and the bar, meant to strengthen
    • Bodyweight movements meant to tone
    • Cardio movements meant to improve cardiovascular endurance

Each week, class will incorporate an individual workout challenge- an exciting and rewarding way to see continuous improvement in your fitness level. This workout will leave you feeling strong and empowered!

  • Mat Pilates

Who knew that small movements could pack such a punch? Mat Pilates focuses on small, controlled movements in a full-body workout. The goal of this class:

    • Improve your flexibility
    • Build strength
    • Challenge your coordination and balance

Light dumbbells and bodyweight work will have you shaking by the end of this 50-minute class.

  • Power Yoga

This all-levels yoga class comes with a little spice. It combines elements of the Vinyasa flow, with short bursts of strength work and muscle conditioning. Your breath will set the pace of the flow as you move through positions that challenge:

    • Strength
    • Coordination
    • Balance
    • Flexibility
  • Sculpt 360
The goal of this class is to build muscular strength and endurance while learning proper weightlifting techniques. This class utilizes a weighted bar and dumbbells to target all major muscle groups. Movement is synced to the beat of music, keeping you engaged through this 50-minute, full-body workout.
  • Vinyasa Yoga

Join us for this all-levels flow. Breathwork is at the heart of this class with your breath setting the pace for each movement. Class begins with gentler movements to warm the body up, and progressively gets more challenging, working into movements that will test:

    • Body awareness
    • Flexibility
    • Strength

Equal parts relaxation, mindfulness, and strength, this is the perfect class if you are looking for mind-body connection.
