Approach to Therapy:
Kelly’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Existential-Humanism. She values an emotion-based and person-centered model of therapy. Kelly aims to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients can explore the full range of their human experience with openness and authenticity. Kelly supports clients in developing psychological flexibility, helping them identify and live in alignment with their values, and live in the present moment, even in the presence of life’s inevitable challenges. Her existential-humanistic orientation invites curiosity about meaning, freedom, and connection, while honoring each client’s unique story and cultural context.
