Approach to Therapy Crystal applies an eclectic approach, stemming from a systemic, interpersonal, and solution-focused basis, while integrating psychoeducation and techniques from evidence-based models, like CBT and DBT. Her therapeutic style is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally humble, creating a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space for processing emotions and developing adaptive coping strategies.

Professional Interests Crystal specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and interpersonal concerns, such as family and relationship issues. She is an advocate for effective communication and developing healthy boundaries for appropriate social-emotional support. Moreover, Crystal is passionate about fostering individual and interpersonal growth through connection to achieve one’s full potential in balancing mental/ emotional, relational, and spiritual health.
